چکیده

The title complex, [Zn(CH(5)N(3)S)(2)(C(2)H(6)OS)](C(6)H(2)N(3)O(7))(2)·C(2)H(6)OS·H(2)O, is composed of a [Zn(thio-semi-carbazide)(2)(DMSO)](2+) cation (where DMSO is dimethyl sulfoxide), and two picrate anions. In the asymmetric unit, there is also a solvent mol-ecule of DMSO and a water mol-ecule of crystallization. In the cation, the Zn(II) atom is five-coordinated in a distorted square-pyramidal geometry. It coordinates to the O atom of a DMSO mol-ecule and to the S and one N atom of two thio-semicarbazide mol-ecules, which behave as bidentate ligands coordinating in a trans arrangement. In the crystal, a number of N-H⋯O, O-H⋯O and N-H⋯S hydrogen bonds link the mol-ecules into two-dimensional networks. These networks are further linked via weak C-H⋯O inter-actions, forming a three-dimensional arrangement. Positional disorder in one methyl group of the coordinated DMSO molecule and in the two picrate anions was observed.

In the cation of the title compound, [Cd(CH(5)N(3)S)(2)(C(2)H(6)OS)(2)](C(6)H(2)N(3)O(7))(2)·2H(2)O, the Cd(II) atom is located on an inversion center. It is hexa-coordinated in an octahedral fashion by two thio-semicarbazide mol-ecules, which coordinate in a bidentate manner via the S and N atoms, and to the O atom of two dimethyl sufoxide (DMSO) mol-ecules. The charges are equilibrated by two...

Crystal structure of bis[N-phenyl-2-(1,2,3,4-tetrahydronaphthalen-1-ylidene)hydrazinecarbothioamidato-κ2 N 2,S]zinc dimethyl sulfoxide monosolvate

The reaction of the N-phenyl-2-(1,2,3,4-tetrahydronaphthalen-1-yl-idene)hy-dra-zine-car-bo-thio-amide ligand with zinc acetate dihydrate in a 2:1 molar ratio yielded a yellow solid, which was crystallized from DMSO to obtain the title compound, [Zn(C17H16N3S)2]·C2H6OS. The Zn(II) ion is four-coordinated in a distorted tetra-hedral environment by two deprotonated ligands. Each ligand acts as an ...

In the title compound, [Sn(C(2)H(2)O(2)S)(2)(C(2)H(6)OS)(2)], the mercaptoacetato ligands chelate to Sn(IV) through S and one O atoms. The metal centre is also coordinated by two dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) ligands through the O atom, leading to an overall distorted octahedral coordination environment for the Sn(IV) atom. The mol-ecular adduct lies on a twofold rotation axis.

In the title copper(II) salt, [Cu(C(6)H(6)N(4))(2)(C(2)H(6)OS)(2)](BF(4))(2), the Jahn-Teller distorted octa-hedral coordination sphere of copper is formed from four 2,2'-bi-1H-imidazole N atoms and two dimethyl sulfoxide O atoms. The Cu atom lies on a center of inversion. N-H⋯O and N-H⋯F hydrogen bonds give rise to a one-dimensional structure. The BF(4) (-) anion is disordered over two sites i...
